What we store

There is no sign-up or login, and we never ask for personal data such as your name or email. We store only two things. (1) Language: when you pick a language we keep that choice in a browser cookie (lang, 1 year). (2) Reactions: when you tap a reaction button, your browser creates a random anonymous ID and keeps it locally; our server stores only that ID, the post address and the reaction type. The ID cannot identify you and the server does not store IP addresses. It is used only so the same reaction is not counted twice. Reaction records are deleted together with the post they belong to.

Third-party services

The site is delivered through Cloudflare, which processes connection data (such as IP addresses) for security and performance under its own privacy policy. YouTube videos in posts are embedded in privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com); playing a video may set cookies under Google's policy.

Deleting your data

You can remove the language cookie and the anonymous ID by clearing this site's data in your browser. To remove reaction records from our server, email winion@dawntown.studio with the anonymous ID shown in your browser console.
